Hi there - I'm an artist and teacher residing in the south 'burbs of Chicago. My weekends are filled creating comics and drinking far too much coffee. My "Fat Chick" comic series uses personal stories and advice to help empower women. Additionally, I like to create colorful illustrations to reimagine pop culture in a more inclusive light.
As a high school art teacher, my students add just the right amount of excitement, inspiration, and chaos to my life - and I couldn't imagine a more rewarding way to balance my work as an artist.
