Hi there - I'm an artist and teacher from the South Side of Chicago. My weekends are filled making art and drinking far too much coffee. I create comics that focus on body image, anxiety, and womanhood. Each book includes helpful tips, original illustrations, and lessons learned with the goal of helping others. Additionally, I love creating fat pin-ups that reimagine pop culture in a more inclusive light.
As a high school art teacher, my students add just the right amount of excitement, inspiration, and chaos to my life - and I couldn't imagine a more rewarding way to balance my work as an artist.
