Hi there - I'm an artist and teacher from the southwest side of Chicago. My weekends are filled making art and drinking far too much coffee. I create comics that focus on body image, anxiety, and all my fat girl insecurities. Each book includes helpful tips, original illustrations, and lessons learned with the goal of helping others. Additionally, I love creating fat pin-ups that reimagine pop culture in a more inclusive light.
As a high school art teacher, my students add just the right amount of excitement, inspiration, and chaos to my life - and I couldn't imagine a more rewarding way to balance my work as an artist.
